Egg Scramble ala Nuke


Egg Scramble ala Nuke! (serves one person)

First, beat 3 eggs in a plastic bowl. Next, lavishly sprinkle sea salt and black pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, and beat the mixture once more mixing all ingredients together.

Next, put the bowl of scrambled ingredients in the microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

Finally, remove the egg mixture from the microwave. Flip the bowl onto a plate, and add a slice of American cheese to the egg mound, and prepare to serve! 

Egg scramble ala Nuke is best served with buttery toast, milk, and orange juice. If you are hungry and in a hurry try this fast delicious recipe!
